Senior Dining Operations

At the request of clients, Pinnacle Dietary Global employs all dietary employees on Pinnacle’s payroll. All positions such as chefs, cooks, line personnel, dietary aides and utility workers are part of the Pinnacle Team.

Pinnacle will hire and train the personnel to ensure the highest standard service is provided. All of this is provided to the facility with one monthly invoice calculated on a guaranteed per patient per day rate.
